About the Role

As a Scrum Master Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and supporting teams in their day-to-day operations. You will work closely with team members to identify training and development needs, provide coaching and mentoring, and help improve performance and achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their Agile practices
  • Lead on the identification of training and development needs for the team and individual team members
  • Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Practical experience of servant-leadership in Agile teams
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and methods, particularly Scrum
  • Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification
