About the Role

The Housing Negotiator will be responsible for:

• Coordinating viewings and negotiating deals with clients and applicants.
• Marketing properties to attract potential tenants.
• Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties.
• Guiding clients and applicants through the rental process.
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful as a Housing Negotiator, you will need:

• A valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills.
