Fabric Technician

The London Clinic is seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our Estates team. As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fabric-related equipment and systems across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner, following appropriate risk assessments
- Respond to fabric emergency repairs as needed and assist colleagues where required
- Inspect and maintain fire doors, ensuring structural integrity
- Perform essential repair works and general maintenance activities as requested by management
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation
