Job Summary

The London Clinic is seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our Estates team. As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fabric-related equipment and systems across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner, following appropriate risk assessments
  • Respond to fabric emergency repairs as needed and assist colleagues where required
  • Inspect and maintain fire doors, ensuring structural integrity
  • Perform essential repair works and general maintenance activities as requested by management
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation
