We are seeking an experienced Lettings Valuer to join our team at GCB Recruitment. Our clients, a highly respected estate agency, are looking for a skilled professional to help drive their business forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating market appraisals, winning instructions, and developing relationships with tenants and landlords. They will also be expected to prospect new business daily and drive the branch forward to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate market appraisals and win instructions
  • Develop relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Prospect new business daily
  • Drive the branch forward to increase market share

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: Up to £28,000
  • OTE: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Bonus scheme

  • Training and support

Working Hours:

  • Mondays - Friday: 08:30 - 18:00
  • Saturdays: 09:00 - 17:00

Requirements:

  • Experience generating market appraisals
  • Experience winning instructions
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
