Activities Director

As an Activities Manager at Eden Hotel Collection, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the resort's activities department, providing support to team members, and managing revenue income streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize training to ensure activities are delivered professionally and in line with current Health and Safety regulations.
- Ensure all Risk Assessments and SOPs are up to date.
- Develop and implement new activities to meet the needs of our target audience.
- Supervise and train team members to deliver high-quality activities.
- Manage revenue income streams and ensure financial targets are met.
- A love of the great outdoors and comfort with supervising adults and children.
- A Shotgun license is preferred, and a Driving license is a must.
- Flexibility to work in peak periods, including weekends and school holiday periods.
- Enhanced annual leave - 31 days annual leave entitlement, rising to 33 days with service.
