We are seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to join our Highways Operations Team as a Programmed Works Officer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management, surveying, designing, contract preparation, and site supervision services for highway, bridges, structural, drainage, and other civil engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage construction schemes from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within defined capital and revenue budgets.
  • Participate in the winter service, providing essential support to maintain highway infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a collaborative approach to works programming, driving forward-thinking solutions.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supervise site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects.

Requirements:
