Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private client matters, including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, and court of protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Provide expert advice on lasting powers of attorney and court of protection
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the private client practice
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year PQE in private client law
  • Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
