About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Online Automotive Ltd.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including our automotive parts and accessories, to effectively advise customers on their needs.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Maintain accurate records and administration, ensuring that all customer interactions and sales transactions are properly documented and processed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to effectively advise customers on their needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales software and systems.
