About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Virtus Talent. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, and generating leads from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Sourcing and interviewing candidates to fill various roles.
  • Process Management: Managing the recruitment cycle from initial contact to completion, including arranging interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and utilizing various databases and social media platforms.
  • Market Intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying up-to-date with market news.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 degree or prior B2B or B2C sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Financially motivated.
  • Competitive.
