About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced teacher to deliver engaging and tailored lessons for pupils with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a nurturing environment that supports academic and personal growth, promoting inclusivity and diversity in the classroom.
- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Evaluate progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual education plans (IEPs).
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching pupils with diverse learning needs, preferably in a primary setting
- A deep understanding of SEND frameworks and strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Salary: £39,500 per annum, dependent on experience
This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards.
