About the Job

The Gleeson Recruitment Group seeks a highly skilled and experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) Senior to lead their team. This challenging role requires the individual to ensure streamlined and efficient Procure to Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Excellence (70%)

  • Implement and manage standardised processes and systems that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial data through effective workflow management and payment processes.

Improvement Initiatives (30%)

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Shared Services Centre (SSC) efficiency and operational performance.

Essential Skills:

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • Significant experience in accounts payable operations, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Proven expertise in P2P processes, including workflow management, payment processing, and data analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP accounts payable systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Superior attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
