About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at Cygnet Fountains, a high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service rated Outstanding by the CQC. Located in Blackburn, Lancashire, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with individuals who have severe and enduring mental illness.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations, working closely with the management team to develop and improve quality, and attending training and CPD events to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote patient recovery through effective monitoring, management, and risk reduction
  • Maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
  • Administer medicines within healthcare procedures and guidelines
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals

Estimated Salary

£34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
