PBS Practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity to join the innovative team at Turning Point as a PBS Practitioner in the Learning Disability and Mental Health Service. As a specialist in Autism and Positive Behaviour Support, you will be working with individuals who have complex needs and supporting them to achieve their goals.

The role involves managing a caseload of individuals, providing Positive Behaviour Support, and working with support teams to enhance the quality of life of people supported. You will also be responsible for responding to crisis situations and providing training and development for teams.

• Provide Positive Behaviour Support to individuals with Autism and complex needs.
• Manage a caseload of individuals and prioritize support based on their needs.
• Work with support teams to enhance the quality of life of people supported.
• Respond to crisis situations and provide training and development for teams.
• Develop and implement PBS plans in collaboration with individuals, their families, and support teams.
