Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Pharmaceutical Development team. As Head of Pharmaceutical Development, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the successful development of new pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Pharmaceutical Development team
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for the development of new pharmaceutical products
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends in pharmaceutical development
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure the development of skills and knowledge within the team
Requirements
  • PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing and implementing effective strategies
  • Excellent understanding of technologies and trends in pharmaceutical development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Criteria
  • Knowledge and experience of AI in formulation development
  • Experience in in-vitro method development
  • Strong understanding of EU and US regulatory landscape
