What you'll do:

  • You'll be the go-to person for customer service, handling complaints and feedback with a smile
  • You'll lead by example, demonstrating our values of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • You'll ensure that our food safety standards and procedures are always on point

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience of leading people, even better if you did it in a food service environment
  • 1 year of line operations experience; with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of management experience
  • Fully flexible work availability

You must be willing and able to:

  • Travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
  • Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
