About the Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a crucial role in providing our passengers with a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. As a Prep Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring that our passengers receive top-quality food and service.

  • You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils.
  • You will support the Chef with food and dessert preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
  • You will be responsible for organizing the stock room and ensuring that all inventory is properly managed.
  • You will work closely with the Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve existing ones.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience working in a kitchen environment is highly desirable, as is knowledge of food safety procedures.
