About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve kitchen goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
