CRM Operations Lead

We're seeking a seasoned CRM Operations Lead to join our team at Hitachi Vantara. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare for VP Sales Ops for business reviews and leadership meetings (Weekly & Monthly)
- Develop the action goals, measure progress and provide updates to key stakeholders
- Provide "sounding board" active listening and knowledge of the organisation & strategic priorities to problem-solve a broad range of areas that impact progress within the Sales Organisation
- Provide decision support by gathering data, analyzing information, and presenting considerations to the VP of Sales Ops and the EC Leadership Team.
- Execution: Monitor & support critical projects rollout (e.g. GTM Planning, QBR, Sales Hygiene Improvement initiatives):
- Establish effective execution tracking/reporting processes suitable for reporting at various levels across the Sales Operations team
- Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organisational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility
- Track high-priority initiatives at large and identify any obstacles, communicate initiative status, pulling in other stakeholders as necessary to ensure the quality and timely deliverables
- Communication & Internal Cadence: Act as the Point of Contact between VP Sales Ops and his organisation:
- Develop presentations and communications content to the Sales Ops organization by liaising with the relevant stakeholders
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is an advantage.
