Our client, a prestigious luxury car brand, is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join their team in Crawley, UK. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach.
- Meet with customers to understand their problems and provide clear solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and diagnostic techniques.
- Liaise with colleagues and supervisors to ensure high-quality work.
- Check and verify work through diagnostic equipment and road testing.
- Complete relevant service documentation and reports.
- Conduct vehicle health checks and provide detailed reports.
- Knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Experience in a main automotive dealer is preferred but not essential.
- VOSA-approved MOT testers are an advantage but not essential.
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair NVQ or equivalent.
- Working with a prestigious luxury car brand.
- 4-day working week.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
