Extrusion Materials Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Extrusion Materials Handler to join our team at Eurocell. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory floor by replenishing consumable stocks, distributing materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Unload and load deliveries, storing them in the correct location within the warehouse.
- Monitor and control the use of production materials and consumables to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Identify and report any material issues, customer concerns, or quality alerts to ensure prompt resolution.
- Adhere to Right First-Time targets and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of your work.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the manufacturing plan is met and production targets are achieved.
- Ensure correct quarantine procedures are followed for defective materials.
- Support with deliveries, transporting materials within the factory using forklifts, combi vehicles, and other equipment.
- Dispose of waste materials safely and legally, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Valid FLT license is essential.
- Previous experience in extrusion or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a high-volume production environment.
- Experience working in a factory environment and long shifts on your feet.
