About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Barchester Healthcare as a Peripatetic Non-Clinical Deputy Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region. Your primary goal will be to help us deliver high-quality care and service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across your region to manage and develop teams in various care homes.
- Work closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to implement action plans that meet the needs of our residents.
- Take on leadership duties in the General Manager's absence, ensuring care standards are met and motivating your team to deliver exceptional care.
- Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Develop and deliver strategies to achieve your goals and improve the quality of life for our residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in helping residents with different health needs and a proven track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. You should also have some experience in human resources, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management. Additionally, you will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
