Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa Global. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, as well as leading and managing a team of Care Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, ensuring the smooth operation of care services and maintaining high standards of care.
- Supporting with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping.
- Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers and staff supervision.
- Building relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses.
- Assisting residents with personal care duties and promoting independence.
