At Radius Payment Solutions Limited, we are committed to delivering innovative fleet and connectivity solutions to businesses worldwide.

As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a key role in our internal digital team, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop multiple enterprise websites and associated web portals.

Using your expertise in Next.js and React, you will implement new feature requests and website improvements, ensuring seamless integration with our UX, marketing, and divisional teams.

With a focus on agile development, you will work on a wide range of projects, from implementing new features to maintaining and optimizing our group websites.

Ongoing development is essential to us, so you will have access to online training subscriptions dedicated to our tech stack, as well as mentorship and guidance from experienced technologists.

The role is based at our head office in Crewe, Cheshire, with a modern purpose-built space offering an outstanding working environment, complete with onsite gym, café, games areas, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end web development technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and needs.
Requirements
  • Proven web development experience using Next.js and React, with a strong understanding of their features and best practices.
  • Proven knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
