Graduate Interventionist

Role Details
We are looking for a Graduate Interventionist - SEMH to join our team, working closely with young people who require additional support. As a Graduate Interventionist, you will work alongside our experienced staff to provide a range of interventions and strategies to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a degree in Psychology or Criminology, and a strong understanding of child development and psychology. You should be able to communicate effectively, work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £29,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence.
