Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized sales experiences to customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, as well as other performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UK driving license and a clean driving record.
  • A competitive and process-driven sales environment background, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
