Job Summary

The Contract Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Associate Director in managing the Service Delivery Team. The team is responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, issuing permits to work, and ensuring isolations and integrations are completed in accordance with BGIS standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage all contract communications, including Teams channel updates.
  • Manage people engagement and enable action plans.
  • Provide general support to the Associate Director and Director with contract management.
  • Organize and maintain accurate contact details and organizational charts.
  • Support the HSE Manager with various HSEQ trackers and their development.
  • Work with HR to manage monthly Absence reports and provide monthly reports.
  • Support the Associate Director in creating and developing local processes.
  • Programme manage Enabling Action plans.
  • Support the business with digital developments and roll out on the contract.
  • Ensure monthly meter readings are collated and updated, and reports are populated for the client.
  • Manage Continuous improvement (CI)/LEAN on the contract, including CI Register administration, roll out communications, and compile monthly reports.
  • Office Management.
  • General contract administration, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, chasing up actions, and populating and issuing agenda updates.
