Senior Radiographer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our Cath Lab team at Nuffield Health St. Bartholomew's. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients, working closely with our clinical teams to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities- Imaging Services: Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services for a varied caseload, working across different teams and modalities.
- Equipment Proficiency: Be highly proficient in the use of all equipment within scope of practice, including CT, MRI, and general X-ray.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in departmental audits and quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Nuffield Health policies.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and team working abilities, working closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Education: Hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), with postgraduate qualifications and/or high levels of technical knowledge.
- Experience: Have previous experience in a cardiac imaging environment, with a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
