We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Manager to join our team at Gravity Head Office. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives that impact business processes, systems, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Engage with and support senior leaders to drive change initiatives forward.
- Design and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Create and distribute communications materials such as emails, newsletters, and presentations.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to ensure employees are equipped to handle changes.
- Coordinate training sessions and materials.
- Identify potential resistance and develop plans to mitigate it.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them through the change process.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management or change related roles.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
- Proven track record of facilitating / managing change in complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
