Role Overview
  We are seeking an experienced Contracts Business Development Manager to join our team at Millbank Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tendered and contracted business elements of our client portfolio, including leading a team of 6 professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex public sector contracts and a strong background in business development. They will be able to provide leadership and direction to our team, ensuring that we achieve our goals and objectives.

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, alongside a range of benefits including an employer-funded company pension plan, flexible working options, and company medical service.

Key Responsibilities
  * Lead (project manage) the tender process for all business streams, working closely with senior sales and marketing management to complete tender submissions
  * Review the Contracts Advance report daily to ensure all potential opportunities are captured
  * Ensure a high standard and consistent approach is taken with all tenders to improve tender success

Requirements
  * Proven experience in managing complex public sector contracts
  * Strong background in business development and team leadership
  * Excellent communication and project management skills
