About the Role:

Disability North is seeking a caring and committed Female Personal Assistant to join our team in supporting a young lady with learning and physical disabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside colleagues to ensure the young lady's safety and well-being, engaging her in various activities such as swimming, horse riding, cycling, and art sessions. The ideal candidate will be supportive, patient, and able to build strong relationships with the individual.

We are looking for someone who enjoys playing games, reading stories, and going on outings to explore new places. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing situations. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the young lady.

No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. We encourage applications from individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in someone's life.

This position is subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references. A non-smoker with a clean driving license is preferred. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who wants to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.

Working Arrangements:

The role will involve working 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional holiday cover. You will be required to work in the young lady's home and participate in various activities outside of the home. The successful candidate will have permission to work in the U.K. at the time of starting employment.

Compensation:
