Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work on UK Power Networks' 11kV to 132kV Network, delivering high-voltage infrastructure projects across Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to design, build, and maintain substations and transformer enclosures, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

As a Site Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals, while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Supervising a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
