Window and Door Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Visiting customer homes to identify and rectify faults in line with our warranty and quality standards
- Demonstrating and explaining correct product care to customers
- Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive
- Maintaining optimum stock levels to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed
- Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our "Right First Time" approach
- Accurately and timely completing paperwork and updating the supplied PDA device
- Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role
- Willingness to travel as required and flexibility within the working week
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- A full driving license
