About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Convenience Store Manager to lead our Eastbourne store team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
