Key Responsibilities:- Plan, deliver, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring proper monitoring procedures are followed.
- Monitor residents for any effects of medication and maintain safe storage and control of stock drugs.
- Liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to promote quality care.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Staff Nurse in a nursing home setting.
- 6 weeks of annual leave
