Salary

Job Description
As an Executive Team Assistant at the Retail Energy Code Company, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team and wider organisation. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, organising internal and external meetings, booking travel, hotels, and couriers, as well as administering and minuting key meetings. You will also be responsible for collating and producing high-standard documents for various forums, including team, executive, and other meetings. Additionally, you will manage basic correspondence with clients and internal requests, assist in maintaining and uploading content to the company website, and maintain knowledge of Executive team whereabouts and disaster recovery contact numbers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organisational skills, experience of providing secretarial and administrative support to an executive team, and the ability to establish effective office systems and procedures. A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential, as is database management experience. Event administration experience would be desirable, as would an inquisitive mind and the ability to demonstrate initiative and desire to develop into a larger role within the organisation.
