Main Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a nurturing and inclusive school atmosphere.

Essential Requirements
A minimum of a 2:1 Psychology-related degree and strong communication skills are vital for this role. While experience working with Primary School aged children is beneficial, it is not essential. Cover People demands that all candidates undergo standard safeguarding checks, including online interviews and DBS checks.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, commencing at approximately £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, we provide free CPD training and ongoing support from both the school and our consultants.
