About You

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Operations Manager who can drive business growth, manage teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Lead teams to achieve operational excellence, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, enhancing business performance and competitiveness.
  • Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Financial Acumen: Analyze financial data, identifying opportunities to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including enhanced parental benefits, EAP, pension scheme, annual leave, Hapi-benefits, and staff discount.
