Our client is a leading provider of real estate services and investment solutions, with a strong presence in commercial real estate, property management, facilities management, and project consulting.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Senior Finance Director and be responsible for active engagement across a wide range of financial responsibilities, including:

  • P&L Oversight & Cost Management
  • Fee Forecasting and Accrual Management:
  • Budgeting & Business Planning
  • Debt & Disbursement Processes
  • Labour Allocations & Salary Sheet Reviews
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should possess:

  • Professional accountancy qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical accounting, system, and Excel skills, as well as experience in fee forecasting
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to contribute to decision-making
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Higher educational qualifications to A-level or degree level (or equivalent), desirable

This role offers a competitive salary package, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting the Regional business. The estimated annual salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.
