We are looking for an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in this exciting opportunity to drive the strategic growth of our practice.

This role offers the chance to contribute to business development, ensure excellence across all project stages, and oversee public realm and landscape projects. You will be responsible for creating and leading new business opportunities, playing an active role in the senior management group, and representing the practice at industry events.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years' experience delivering landscape and/or architectural projects, a qualification in architecture, landscape architecture or a related degree, and exceptional communication abilities combined with proven leadership skills. They will also be able to demonstrate extensive experience working on public realm and landscaping projects both in the UK and internationally.

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes hybrid working, work-life balance, and involvement in award-winning projects that nurture the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead new business opportunities, contributing to the practices' strategic expansion and growth
  • Play an active role in the senior management group, providing insights on the practice's performance, strategic initiatives, and future plans
  • Represent and promote the practice by attending industry events
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with the FD to maintain accurate financial oversight and reporting on projects
  • Ensure the delivery of top-quality project designs across all RIBA stages

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 8+ years' of experience delivering landscape and/or architectural projects
  • A qualification in architecture, landscape architecture or a related degree
  • Extensive experience working on public realm and landscaping projects both in the UK and internationally
  • Strong design expertise, technical proficiency and a track record of delivering high-quality work
  • Solid understanding of UK building regulations and planning would be beneficial for the role
  • Exceptional communication abilities combined with proven leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and effectively planning resources
