Classroom Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Classroom Educator to join our talented team from September. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their teaching journey in a supportive and forward-thinking school.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and track pupil progress: Use a range of assessment tools to monitor and evaluate pupil achievement, providing feedback and support where needed. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of our pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and school leaders to share best practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in the learning process.
- Commit to professional development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continually improve your teaching practice.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must have successfully completed your Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and achieved QTS by the start date.
- Passion for teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and a commitment to their educational development. The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents. The ability to remain flexible and positive in a dynamic school environment.
