We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Instructor in Veterinary Nursing to join our Easton Campus Vet nursing, Apprenticeships Team at City College Norwich. As a Clinical Lecturer in Veterinary Nursing, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of veterinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons to students, ensuring they meet the required standards and outcomes.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Liaise with employers, apprentices, and the Lead IQA to ensure seamless collaboration and effective student outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the RCVS and Ifate standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in veterinary nursing education, with a strong background in teaching and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, employers, and colleagues.
