Job Description

Vision for Education is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Psychology Graduate Tutor in special needs schools across Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children and develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to pupils with learning disabilities, additional learning needs, or social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to overcome barriers to learning and promote pupil progress.
Requirements:
  • Hold a qualification in Psychology or be working towards one.
  • Have a strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
  • Be willing to work in special needs school settings.
Salary and Benefits:
  • $6,500 - $7,300 per month (approximate salary range based on 40 hours/week).
