Senior Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic outpatient CAMHS team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans for children and adolescents with emotional and mental health issues.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions in a CAMHS setting, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for children and adolescents.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with best practices in child mental health.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
- Act as a source of expertise and guidance for junior staff members and provide regular supervision and mentoring.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a CAMHS setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
