About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Topgolf. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and overseeing all culinary activities.
  • Maintain food and labor costs within budget, with a strong understanding of COGS and GP.
  • Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality and maintain quality standards and specs.
  • Oversee food hygiene compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with upper management, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 Certification.
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, with a bonus structure.
  • Valid right to work documentation.
