About the RoleAs a Senior General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and support to patients undergoing pre-assessment procedures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients undergoing pre-assessment procedures.
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and families during the pre-assessment process.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
