Property Solicitor Position in Hertfordshire

Our client is a well-established legal practice in central St Albans with a rich history of service to Hertfordshire. Recently, they have merged with a well-known Employer of Choice who offers a network of 16 offices.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. You'll handle diverse property matters including:

  1. Residential and commercial conveyancing
  2. Property sales and purchases
  3. Remortgaging
  4. Land, plot, and unit acquisition/disposal
Required Experience & Qualities
  1. 5+ years PQE (or equivalent qualification and experience)
  2. Proven ability to manage an independent caseload
  3. Experience supervising paralegals/assistants
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Familiarity with CQS, Lexcel, Lender Panels, and Land Registry procedures
