Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling client enquiries via email and phone for luxury UK tours and experiences;
  • Taking down details for clients' travel plans and crafting bespoke itineraries suiting their requirements and budget;
  • Booking hotels, transportation, restaurants, experiences, and attractions;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ideal experience in the travel industry, specifically in reservations or operations;
  • Able to work in the office 5 days a week, Monday to Friday; flexible working arrangements available after probation;
