We are seeking a visionary Culinary Operations Director to lead our catering team in Dunton, driving innovation and excellence in food production.
Predicted annual salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
About the OpportunityThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 27 staff members, serving up to 1800 customers daily. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing new menus, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities- Experience: At least Sous Chef level experience, demonstrating culinary expertise and dedication.
- Creativity: Show an intense passion for cuisine with the ability to innovate, creating remarkable dishes that make a lasting impression on guests.
- Teamwork: Promote a spirit of cooperation, working alongside other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a distinguished dining experience.
- Adaptability: Adapt to the ever-changing culinary landscape, excelling in high-pressure situations and overcoming obstacles with ease.
