Analytics Consultant

As an Analytics Consultant at T&Pm, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytical solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver data-driven insights that drive business decisions.
About the Role
- As an Analytics Consultant, you will lead the analysis effort and provide recommendations to our clients.
- Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement analytical models that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Design and implement analytical models to drive business outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a data science/advanced analytics role within an agency or business space.
- Masters in quant preferred.
- Experience running MMM, incrementality tests, optimisation and other forms of Data Science tools in R or other coding languages.
- Advanced analytics capabilities: ability to build and run statistical models with clear outputs.
- Excel skills: Be proficient in the use of Excel, Vlookups, indexing, Writing formulae.
- Programming capabilities in R and Python - intermediate level okay, advanced preferred - able to write functions, manipulate data, research functions and run linear and non-linear regression models in R or Python.
- Geo-spatial analysis experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and building PowerPoint decks for analysis.
- Detail-oriented, takes pride in accurate and clear outputs based on triple-checked data.
- A desire to ensure insights are applicable and utilised by the recipients.
- Clear experience developing insights that drove business change and growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit - willing to take on new challenges, and look into answering client questions in new ways with new data sources.
- Digital media channel experience a plus.
What We Offer
