We are seeking a visionary Culinary Innovator to lead our culinary team at The Boat. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and innovation across all our pub locations.

You will have creative freedom to craft menus that showcase the freshest produce and cater to diverse tastes. Our pubs celebrate individuality, so you'll have the opportunity to experiment with new flavors and techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for quality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional food experiences. As a mentor, you will guide your team to achieve their best, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding results.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a dedicated leader who shares our values and is eager to take on new challenges. We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
